• With shrinking education budgets, limited curriculum alternatives and disillusionment among today's youth, it has become evident that the current education system is no longer effective. Knowledge and education can no longer be viewed as the responsibility of the government since this is OUR future.
• Currently, the Entertainment Industry (i.e. sports, music and models) generates Billions$$$ while benefitting only a few. The time has come for businesses to participate directly with the success of their communities and ultimately their own evolution.

   The only things that motivate the TV/Cable industry are:

   Without a TV Network, there are no new viewers, and therefore, no advertising money. Where would MTV or CNN be if the cable industry was not allowed to enter the marketplace and compete with NBC, CBS or ABC?
