Unless otherwise specified by the campaign, please supply bikinitv.com with the following image: 468 x 60 pixels. File size must not exceed 14K.

Images displayed on bikinitv.com's pages must be of appropriate size, resolution and aspect ratio. Bikinitv.com may resize images to conform to design requirements.

All images should be supplied in the appropriate size at a resolution of 72 pixels per inch (standard screen resolution), at the sizes and aspect ratios given above.

Bikinitv.com cannot guarantee the appearance of in-line images provided in other sizes, resolutions or aspect ratios.

Banners and insertion orders must be delivered at least ten (10) business days prior to the start of the campaign.

Bikini TV has the right to modify or alter banner colors and sizes/shapes to conform with Bikini TV's Web site design.

PAYMENT LIABILITY TERM:

Customer will not use the Internet access services provided under this Agreement in any manner which is in violation of any law or governmental regulation, is threatening, libelous, or obscene, or is in violation of or infringes upon the rights of others, including, without limitation, copyright, trade secret, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Rates are subject to change by Bikini TV without notice.

All advertisements are subject to acceptance by the Copy Acceptance Committee and Credit Department in Chicago, Illinois. Bikini TV reserves the right not to accept any advertisement, insertion order, space reservation or position commitment at any time.

Advertising representatives have no authority to approve or accept any advertisement or commit Bikini TV to position of reservation space.

Positioning of advertisements is at the discretion of Bikini TV, except when a request for a specific preferred position is agreed to in writing by Bikini TV.

Bikini TV has the right to modify or alter banner colors and sizes/shapes to conform with Bikini TV's Web site design.

Bikini TV shall have no liability for errors in banners and URL addresses.

Any cancellations or changes in orders may not be made by the advertiser on less than 30 days prior written notice to publisher.

Any shortfall in exposures guaranteed in writing by publisher may, at publisher's option, be made good by running advertiser's banner on other bikinitv.com web site pages.

Bikini TV will not be liable for any costs or damages (including incidental or consequential damages) if, for any reason, it fails to publish any advertisement. Bikini TV's liability for any error or omission, in whole or in part, will not exceed the rate card cost of the advertisement.

No conditions other than those set out on this insertion order will be binding on Bikini TV unless specifically agreed to in writing by Bikini TV.

All prices are net of any sales and/or use tax, which are the sole responsibility of the advertiser.

Bikini TV makes no representation, warranty or guaranty of consumer responsiveness or impressions on Bikini TV's Web site.

This order will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.
